Before contacting support
Include your app version, device model, approximate time of the problem, and the action you were taking. Do not email passwords, payment details, customer photos, signatures, transcripts, or authentication codes.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel an active subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to purchase it. DetailCue support cannot directly change a store subscription.
