Information we process
Account and business profile details, job and vehicle records, customer information entered by you, photos, voice notes, transcripts, service reports, customer acknowledgements, subscription status, and limited diagnostic or product-usage events. If you request launch access on our website, we process your email address, optional business name, consent record, and campaign attribution parameters.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, synchronize private workspaces, generate editable report drafts, create and share PDFs, process subscription entitlements, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability.
AI-assisted report drafting
When you request a report draft, the worker voice recording is sent for transcription and only the service facts, notes, transcript, and captions needed to draft the report are sent for generation. Structured customer names, license plates, VINs, service addresses, contact details, and internal record identifiers are excluded from the drafting payload; known direct identifiers are also masked in free text where detected. A recording or free-text field may still contain information spoken or typed by the user, so users should include only what is needed. Drafts must be reviewed before customer approval or sharing. DetailCue does not use customer job content for advertising.
Storage and sharing
Workspace media and records are stored in access-controlled systems. We share data only with service providers required to operate DetailCue, comply with law, protect the service, or act on your instructions.
Retention and deletion
You can request account deletion in the app or through our web deletion page. Deletion removes the account and hosted workspace data subject to security, legal, backup, and transaction-record obligations. Files you already shared outside DetailCue cannot be recalled.
Your choices
You may access or correct profile information in the app, manage subscriptions through your app-store account, and contact us about privacy rights or deletion.
